Easy Returns

Within 30 days, with the original receipt/packing slip and tags attached: Receive a full refund in the original form of payment.

By Mail: Complete the return form on the back of your original packing slip to receive a refund in the original form of payment within 30 days.

In Store: Return your online purchase to a VO'NEL store within 30 days, using your original packing slip as your receipt to receive a refund in the original form of payment.

PayPal: Within 30 days, a full refund will be issued to the PayPal account that was used to purchase the item. Paypal returns processed in store will receive a VO'NEL gift card.

Exclusively for VO'NEL Club members: Members have a full year to receive merchandise credit or exchange for the amount paid at the time order was placed.

With no receipt or tags attached: Items may not be returned.

All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards and store credits cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by state law), and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
